Personal data we process
We may collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, buyer profile, viewing request, message and technical information necessary for security.

We use the data to answer enquiries, provide property information and arrange visits or discussions, relying where applicable on steps requested before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interests in responding to other enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). Recipients and service providers

The contact form uses Formspark (formspark.io / submit-form.com), an external provider which receives and processes form data and can send email notifications. Its data processing terms and any relevant international transfer safeguards must be reviewed before activation.

Enquiries are retained as long as reasonably necessary to address and follow them up, and afterwards for applicable statutory obligations or claims. Internal retention periods must be specified before launch.
